The benefits of Plan Management made easy

Our service is provided at no cost to you: Plan Management is available to all NDIS participants and the NDIA will provide additional funds for Plan Management. Our fees are separate from your other services and supports in your budget.
Take the stress out of paying your providers and budgeting. We are here to do that for you: Remove the burden of NDIS funding administration for yourself and caregivers. Plan Pal’s easy and effective Plan Management service will submit claims to NDIS portal, pay your invoices and provide participants control and understanding of their NDIS Plan and budgeting for the short and long term.
Using a plan manager means your provider does not have to be NDIS registered: In comparison to agency managed, Plan Pal can submit claims from providers who are not NDIS registered providers. Have more choice of providers to help you meet your goals.
Our dedicated team will process your submitted invoices within 1-2 business days: Prompt reimbursement to you or payment to your provider is essential to Plan Pals service delivery. Our expert team and efficient systems means we have more time for you.

How do we do it?

Plan Pal encourages choice and flexibility when it comes to approving invoices. You may want to nominate one or more persons to help you approve invoices or provide us with standing authority arrangement/s which enables you to pre-authorise service providers of your choice to send invoices directly for payments.

Plan and track your spending

Budgets, line items and what you can claim can be very confusing. Plan Pal will unlock your plan’s potential by navigating the rules for you and helping you get the most out of your NDIS funding. Every month we will send you a detailed monthly budget statement, but we are always happy to discuss your plan and budgets at any time.

Don’t have plan management in your NDIS plan?

You can request your funding to be Plan Managed at your initial planning meeting or plan review meeting with your Local Area Coordinator, but Plan Management can be added in most cases to your supports at any time between plans. You can contact your Local Area Coordinator or the NDIS to discuss how you can include plan management in your plan.

Backed with Accountant expertise our easy and effective Plan Management service provides participants control and understanding of their NDIS Plan and budgeting for the short and long term.

Carolyn has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is the sole practitioner of Bantacs Central Coast Accounting servicing individuals, small business and investors. She loves her business and the opportunities it presents, and feels rewarded by her clients. Plan Pal as an extension of her accounting practice further brings opportunities to deliver her expertise.
